Can I return a purchase?
Due to our supplier recently changing their terms and conditions with us, as of the 10th of September 2009 we are no longer able to offer refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind. We would love to be able to do this however this has been prevented due to a number of issues in the past.
However, all your consumer rights are still protected as per the Trade Practices Act 1974.
What happens with a faulty or defective product?
In the unlikely event that the goods purchased are faulty or not described correctly compared to a sample shown or are not able to be used for their intended purpose, then you have a choice of a refund, credit or exchange for that particular product.
You as the customer must contact us at Perfume Genie within 7 days of receiving the product. We cover all return costs in this event. However you must contact us for the correct procedure.
How do I return an item?
Before you attempt to return a purchase you must make contact with us by completing the Contact Us form to explain the situation.
NOTICE:-
You must have contacted Perfume Genie within 7 days of receiving the product. The return must be received by Perfume Genie within 7 days of the claim being lodged, for the claim to be recognised.
