How does Perfume Genie calculate freight?
Our delivery charges are calculated and based on the amount of products you order.
What is the cost of freight at Perfume Genie?
The delivery fee is based on $8.50 for the first item ordered and an additional $2.50 per item there after.
How and when will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched daily by Australia Post Eparcel service. All our online customers will receive a shipping advice notification once their order has been dispatched and on that notification, a tracking number will appear.
As all items are insured for $100 Australia Post will require a signature upon delivery, if you are not home at the time of Australia Post calling, your order will be returned to the nearest Post Office for collection.

Can I insure my order against loss or damage?
All online orders receive $100 free insurance at Perfume Genie.
Can I return a purchase?
Due to our supplier recently changing their terms and conditions with us, as of the 10th of September 2009 we are no longer able to offer refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind. We would love to be able to do this however this has been prevented due to a number of issues in the past.
However, all your consumer rights are still protected as per the Trade Practices Act 1974.
What happens with a faulty or defective product?
In the unlikely event that the goods purchased are faulty or not described correctly compared to a sample shown or are not able to be used for their intended purpose, then you have a choice of a refund, credit or exchange for that particular product.
You as the customer must contact us at Perfume Genie within 7 days of receiving the product. We cover all return costs in this event. However you must contact us for the correct procedure.
