How does Perfume Genie calculate freight?

Our delivery charges are calculated and based on the amount of products you order.

What is the cost of freight at Perfume Genie?

The delivery fee is based on $8.50 for the first item ordered and an additional $2.50 per item there after.

How and when will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched daily by Australia Post eParcel service. All our online customers will receive a shipping advice notification once their order has been dispatched and on that notification, a tracking number will appear.

All perfume products are dispatched via our warehouse and not from overseas suppliers like many online stores!

As all items are insured for $100 Australia Post will require a signature upon delivery, if you are not home at the time of Australia Post calling, your order will be returned to the nearest Post Office for collection.

What are the expected delivery times?

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro - Up to 2 working days

• Adelaide Metro - Up to 3- working days

• Perth, Darwin Metro - Up to 5- working days

• All other Areas - Up to 5- working days

All online orders receive $100 free insurance at Perfume Genie.
